Train and guide retail staff in customer engagement, handling objections, executing promotions, and maximizing upsell opportunities.
Retail Audit & SOP Supervision
Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and service excellence.
Retail Standards & Store Improvement
Continuously raise outlet standards and recommend improvements in layout, product display, or customer flow.
Agile Sales Growth
Help boost sales through data-driven experiments, feedback loops, and fast adaptation of strategies.

Explore and support partnerships with other brands, businesses, or corporate clients to unlock new business opportunities.
