Audit Manager
The Audit Manager plays a key role in leading and managing a portfolio of audit engagements from planning through to completion. This includes client acceptance, engagement execution, and finalization while ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with professional standards. He / She is fully accountable for the success of each engagement, monitoring progress against budget and timeline, and contributing to the firm’s long-term growth by building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Beyond client service, the Audit Manager contributes to continuous improvement of audit methodologies and assumes leadership in professional development through training, staff recruitment, and resource planning.
