Responsibilities :
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the
club.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and
performance.
Ensure compliance with health,
safety, and licensing regulations.
Monitor
customer service standards and handle guest inquiries or complaints
promptly.
Oversee stock control, inventory,
and ordering of supplies when necessary.
Assist in planning and implementing promotions, events,
and activities.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene,
and a safe environment within the club.
Prepare daily / weekly reports on operations and submit to
management.
Ensure adherence to company
policies, procedures, and code of
conduct.
Job
Requirements :
Diploma or equivalent qualification in hospitality,
management, or related field.
Minimum 2-3
years of supervisory experience in hospitality, F&B,
entertainment, or club management.
Strong
leadership and people management skills.
Good
communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations
professionally.
Knowledge of health, safety,
and regulatory compliance in the industry.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public
holidays.
