Roles & Responsibilities

Title : Events Executive Warrior

The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading our Organisation of solution-based events on behalf of our strategic corporate clients.

We drive a culture of curious thinkers, always looking at experience-centric solutions for our clients. The level of activity and internal synergies across all departments requires the individual to be a good communicator and balance a wide range of responsibilities meticulously.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that our client’s needs are well understood to help you meet or exceed expectations and manage the client effectively.
  • Support the project team to attain budgeted profitability.
  • Execute the event project management tasks for mid to large-scale conferences and events to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, promptly and with accurate budget scoping, tracking, reconciliation and reporting
  • Source for all event-related needs and act as negotiators to obtain cost-effective prices from our preferred vendors (partners).
  • Build and retain relationships with our event partners, clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure a smooth running of any event you are assigned to.
  • Work regularly with all adjoining internal teams to ensure alignment and management of timelines.
  • To handle multiple projects from entry-level to large-scale events.
  • Participate and contribute ideas to the creative and client experience journey.
  • Provide effective support to team members.
  • Perform other roles and responsibilities as requested based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree Holders preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates with a go-to attitude are welcome.
  • Team player who has an eye for detail.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Great communicator and not afraid to ask questions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Level of entry financial acumen.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multi-task and work within tight schedules and deadlines.
  • Able to make common-sense initiatives and make sound judgements and decisions.
  • Calm, resourceful, independent and vigilant.
