Job Description

The Beautician is responsible for delivering a wide range of professional beauty services to clients, ensuring a high standard of customer care and satisfaction. The role involves providing skincare treatments, make-up, nail care, hair removal, and other beauty-related services in accordance with the salon / spa’s standards and hygiene regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide facial treatments, skincare services, and basic dermatological care.
• Perform make-up application for daily wear, special events, and bridal occasions.
• Deliver manicure, pedicure, nail art, and eyelash extension services.
• Conduct hair removal treatments (e.g., waxing, threading).
• Advise clients on skincare routines, beauty products, and personalized treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Promote and upsell beauty packages, products, and membership services.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
