Logistics Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and regional requirements.

2. Oversee the daily operations of the logistics team, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.

3. Establish and maintain relationships with key logistics partners, such as carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.

4. Monitor and improve national supply chain performance by designing, implementing, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)。

5. Lead projects aimed at optimizing the logistics network and reducing operational costs.

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.

7. Manage a team of logistics professionals and provide guidance for their professional development。

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery。

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any degree.

2. At least 4 years of progressive experience in logistics management, with a focus on operations and strategy.

3. Proven leadership abilities and a track record of building and leading high-performance teams.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

6. Familiarity with logistics software and systems, such as warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).

7. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing business conditions。
