Job description

Senior Manufacturing Specialist

Supervise a team of production workforce in Singapore and ensure the day-to-day operations onsite
Ensure the creation and implementation of production schedules to meet customer demands
Monitor and improve production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
Ensure compliance with Singapore export control regulations and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production and logistics operations
Communicate regularly with management to report on production progress and issues
Continuously seek ways to optimize processes and profitability
Support other manufacturing services eg ensure the timely and effective implementation of NPI within RSASIA

Your qualifications

Degree in Electronics / Electrical engineering or a related field

Proven working experience of 8 years in at least a supervisory function within a manufacturing environment, and in a high mix, low volume business with atrack record of achieving results and improving efficiency

Knowledge of production principles, practices, and processes in handling of export-controlled products and working with COO (Country of Origin) requirements

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize production operations

Theability to manage a small team of diverse functions in fostering collaboration, communication, and accountability

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners

Experience working in a company ERP software. Preferably in SAP with knowledge of PP
