Title : Accounts Officer

Working hours : 9 am–5 : 45 pm

Working Days : Mon - Fri

Working location : 25 Gul Ave, Singapore 629665 (Company Transport provided at Pioneer / Joo Koon)

Salary : $3000 - $3500

Job Description

• Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Establish, maintain and reconcile AP, AR and Inter-co balances
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Prepare Income Statements and Statement of Financial Position
• Establish and maintain cash disbursement and controls
• Prepare monthly reports and perform variance analysis
• Responsible for GST reporting
• Assist with preparation of budget
• Maintain financial files and records and computerized accounting system
• Any other duties as assigned
