Position Overview :

We are seeking a Project Manager to drive the end-to-end success of digital product launches—partnering closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery, user adoption, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone with a strong Agile background and experience in government or consulting environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with product managers and designers to conduct user interviews and gather actionable insights.
  • Facilitate Agile practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor development progress and ensure on-time product delivery.
  • Conduct thorough system, user acceptance, and security testing prior to launch.
  • Drive user education and engagement campaigns to boost adoption post-release.
  • Provide ongoing product support and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve bugs and issues.

    • Requirements :

  • Experience in building and launching digital products end-to-end.
  • Proven ability to deliver successful outcomes with limited resources.
  • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and technical documentation.
  • Highly meticulous, persistent, and able to manage tasks independently under pressure.
  • Skilled in prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Nice to Have : Certifications in Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis.
  • Preferred : Experience working with government sector clients or digital services.
