Own the end-to-end product design cycle for our web and mobile platforms.
Design and deliver wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows as needed—particularly when implementing new features, refining existing processes, or responding to evolving client requirements.
Maintain and evolve the design system to support scalability and consistency.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
Conduct user testing and provide design solutions based on insights or client feedback.
Understand front-end structure to support better technical alignment.
Deliver live demos, presentations, and onboarding walkthroughs to clients.
Customise platform experiences for onboarded clients based on individual needs.
Collect, document, and prioritize client requirements using any effective method necessary to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Provide post-launch client support and manage iterative feedback loops.
Prepare and deliver weekly updates to stakeholders and shareholders.
Report on client onboarding progress, revenue flow, and platform development status.
Work directly with developers to communicate requirements and resolve issues effectively.
Assist internal teams with design-related tasks on an ad hoc basis, as needed.
Assist with technical or operational issues on an ad hoc basis when required.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business IT, Information Systems, Computer Sciences, Digital Design or related disciplines
3+ years of hands‑on UI / UX design experience (web and / or mobile).
Proven ability to manage product design while interfacing with clients.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Client-facing experience, including presentations and technical consultations.
Working knowledge of front-end structures and developer collaboration.
Experience working with white‑label SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with auction or e‑commerce technology.
Background in business development, product marketing, or sales.
Experience working solo or in lean product / design teams.
Knowledge of C#, Swift, or Flutter is a strong advantage, especially when collaborating with cross‑functional dev teams
Highly self‑driven and capable of independent problem‑solving.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats — from interface design to ad hoc support.
