Job descriptionPerform mechanical assembly operations for wire harnesses, cables, and related components according to drawings, work instructions, and process documentation Assemble, modify, rework, and reassemble production parts, ensuring quality and accuracy Use basic hand tools and machines (e.g., power screwdriver, soldering iron, heat gun, crimpers) safely and effectively Conduct basic wire identification using color codes and clean parts prior to production use Support cycle count activities, inventory handling, and inventory transactions following established procedures Participate in first-time production runs, continuous improvement initiatives, and team-building activities Meet daily production output and quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support smooth production operations Relevant experience in mechanical assembly or production Basic knowledge of hand tools and ability to read simple work instructions or drawings Good attention to detail and ability to meet production and quality standards Able to work as part of a team and follow established safety procedures
