This role involves directing finance teams across our
headquarters and international branches to ensure robust financial
health and informed
decision-making.
Key
Duties
Lead and
mentor accounting personnel in domestic and global locations,
ensuring seamless execution of fiscal processes, data management,
and periodic reporting cycles.
Contribute to
strategic initiatives by offering expert guidance on economic
aspects to top management.
Manage all aspects
of taxation, including compliance with value-added taxes and
corporate filings.
Direct the end-to-end
processes for vendor payments, client invoicing, and comprehensive
ledger maintenance.
Compile integrated
financial overviews, performance analyses, forecasting tools, and
variance assessments, delivering them efficiently.
Handle routine bookkeeping activities while upholding
adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory
standards.
Supervise the tracking and
valuation of capital equipment and long-term assets.
Design and roll out enhanced protocols for risk
management and operational efficiency.
Coordinate cash management activities across regions,
including liquidity planning, debt recovery, currency hedging,
surety bonds, and international trade instruments like letters of
credit.
Evaluate and compile fiscal summaries
and operational insights for affiliate entities in markets such as
Southeast Asia and beyond.
Build and maintain
relationships with financial institutions, external reviewers,
compliance advisors, governance experts, and regulatory
bodies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Finance, or a
related field.
Advanced certifications like
Chartered Accountant or equivalent are highly desirable.
At least 8 years in financial roles, with a minimum of 3
years leading teams.
Familiarity with ERP
systems, such as Dynamics 365, is a plus.
Collaborative mindset with proficiency in navigating
diverse teams and handling multiple priorities in a high-energy
setting.
Exceptional interpersonal and
documentation abilities.
Deep expertise in
financial principles and adherence to international accounting
norms.
Proven track record in group-level
reporting and external audits.
Prior
involvement in multi-country financial operations (e.g., in
Asia-Pacific regions) is advantageous.
Readiness for infrequent international
travel.
