Job descriptionDetailed Knowledge in how Payments work in Singapore vs Malaysia vs Hong Kong (regulatory too) Knowledge of Technology trends e.g. how does a digital bank approach digital channel? API / SWIFT experience Articulate well. Clarity in analyzing and writing business requirements Not an order taker, able to push back complex build needs and offer alternate solutions A great team player. Collaborate and communicate well with the other BAs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong presentation and meeting skills Proactive and has initiative to thrive in a fast-paced environment to deliver and meet deadlines Highly resourceful and self-motivated
Mandatories are :
- Experience in Business Analysis. 8-10 years
- Experience in Digital Channels and in transaction banking. 5 years+
- Understanding of Technology but no need to have coding experience
- Capturing, analyzing and eliciting business Requirements : Elaborating JIRA stories
- Agile product development experience
