Job Purpose
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant (Junior) to support the HR team in day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of HR / administrative experience to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
- Assist in posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Prepare HR-related letters and documentation (e.g., offer letters, confirmation, resignation letters).
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases accurately.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and leave records.
- Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and training sessions.
- Handle employee queries on HR matters and provide general support to the HR team.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.Tell employers what skills you have
