We are looking for a
Sous Chef to join our
team!
As a Sous
Chef , we rely on you to :
Support daily menu planning and design and / or also for
outlet assigned
Ensure a high quality of food
& beverage is provided at all times
Assist
in supervising the daily operation of the kitchen
Maximize profitability for the outlet and effective cost
management
Support the Executive Sous Chef on
daily operation
Maintain and implement hygiene
standards
Controls production according to
projected covers
We are looking for
someone who : Must have experience
working in either a restaurant or a hotel / resort
environment
Knowledgeable in various
specialisation of cooking / food preparations i.e. Hot
Local / Western sections.
Experiences in a la
carte menu planing and managing events
Strong
knowledge in Food Hygiene and Sanitation, compliance with
regulations.
Experience in outside catering
event is an added advantage
Willing to work
shifts
