Responsibilities
Handle staff employment contracts and maintain accurate HR records.
Conduct employee training and orientation.
Manage recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate interviews.
Support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Use Excel and other Microsoft Office applications proficiently for HR documentation and reporting.
Requirements
At least 1–2 years of HR working experience.
Experience in the F&B industry will be an advantage.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
