🌟 Locum Clinic Assistant - IMMEDIATE STARTER🌟
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Clinic Assistant (Locum) to join our team. If you enjoy supporting patients and working in a healthcare environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the reception area and perform front-desk duties (registration, appointments, billing).
- Handle administrative tasks such as insurance claims, stock management, medication purchase, and stock taking.
- Process and file lab reports.
- Assist the doctor during consultations, wound dressing, and infusions when required.
- Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, including safe practices (e.g., swab / instrument / needle counts and reporting discrepancies).
- Dispense medicines according to guidelines.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of the treatment area.
- Perform other clinic-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Singaporean applicants only.Prior experience in a healthcare / clinic setting is an advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset.Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients).Familiarity with Plato system will be usefulFamiliarity with Plato system will be an advantage.Working Hours :
