Job description
HR Strategy & Operations
Implement HR strategies, policies to achieve organisation's mission and objectives.
Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
Drive employee engagement, performance, and retention initiatives.
Maintain compliance with Singapore labour laws and internal HR policies.
Oversee payroll, benefits, leave management, and HR documentation.
Administration & Office Management
Oversee the team on office operations, including facilities, utilities, and insurance.
Design and oversee the admin support to colleagues, including interns.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
Support in documentation and coordination for Board and governance matters.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Admin functions.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, and or related field.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions.
Excellent written communications and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems (e.g. Timesoft) and / or experience in the social service sector is a plus.
