HR Strategy & Operations

  • Implement HR strategies, policies to achieve organisation's mission and objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance, and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with Singapore labour laws and internal HR policies.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, leave management, and HR documentation.

Administration & Office Management

  • Oversee the team on office operations, including facilities, utilities, and insurance.
  • Design and oversee the admin support to colleagues, including interns.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Support in documentation and coordination for Board and governance matters.
  • Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Admin functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, and or related field.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Excellent written communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems (e.g. Timesoft) and / or experience in the social service sector is a plus.
