Brief Job Description :
Primary Purpose
1. To provide helpdesk support for the project
2. To perform infrastructure and application technical duties
3. To provide project admin support to project team
Responsibilities :
1) To provide helpdesk support and application testing service for the project :
- manage the project mailbox
- response / provide advice to users for incident / SR / CR raised by performing business analysis of application functionality (without source codes)
- ensure all incident / SR / CR are tracked and closed within SLA
- liaise with subcontractor (via JIRA) to ensure issue is resolved
- testing of bug fixes in test environment
- compile daily / weekly / monthly statistics for reporting
2) To perform infrastructure / application technical duties
AWS, network or application troubleshootingDeployment of applications (about 1-2 times a month from 5pm – 9pm)3) Provide project admin support such as
