Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of both material and bulk packages for major EPC projects. This role requires strong coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of critical equipment and materials.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned packages, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up.
- Handle procurement of key equipment and systems such as :
- Heavy Equipment & Power Systems
- Utility & Safety Systems
- Electrical & Instrumentation Materials
- Mechanical & Piping Components
- Architectural & Miscellaneous Items
- Collaborate with engineering, project, and logistics teams to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and specifications.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and industry standards.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in EPC or construction projects.Strong knowledge of technical equipment and materials used in industrial projects.Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Tell employers what skills you have
