Job descriptionProvide general administrative support to the sales team Assess customer needs and offer guidance on product features Prepare quotations and costing details Assist the sales team in processing orders and coordinating deliveries Support the sales and project teams in sample preparation Prepare delivery schedules and monitor the status of orders and deliveries Track and report all pending quotations and orders Handle and respond to email inquiries Update quotations and costings in the company's management system Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prefarable "O" Level and above
- Prefarable 1 year of relevant working experience or team support administrative experience
- Experience in billing role will be an added advantage
