The KKH Paediatric Allergy Service is looking for highlymotivated and enthusiastic candidates with a keen interest inclinical research in allergic disease to join our team as aClinical Research Coordinator (CRC). The CRC will be responsibleto, and collaborate with, the Principal Investigator and study teammembers to conduct research projects in the field of PaediatricAllergy, to ensure the successful completion of study measures in atimely manner to achieve high quality and impactful deliverables.The CRC's principal role will be to perform clinicalresearch-related procedures such as subject screening andrecruitment, subject follow-ups, coordinating the collection andprocessing of biological samples, data collection, management andprocesses, data entry, cleaning and analysis.
- Assist with Subject screening and recruitment, conductstudy visits, perform study procedures and collection of data setsand in strict adherence to approved study protocols, ICH GoodClinical Practice and other applicable regulatorybodies;
- Assist with biological sampleprocessing, storage and analysis;
- Maintenanceand organization of the investigator site files (ISF), preparationand submissions of documents and / or reports (e.g study amendments,study status reports) to the ethics committee;
- Assist with grant status reports and preparation of studyprogress slides during regular meetings with Co-Is andCollaborators;
- Assist with consolidation andmanagement of data, data cleaning and data analysis;
- Conduct literature review, manuscript preparation andadministrative aspects in relation to grant write up andsubmissions;
- Assist with any other duties of asimilar nature that are delegated by the PI and / or ProjectLead.
- Maintain the highest standard ofprofessional conduct and record keeping in accordance with policiesand procedures, and uphold a culture of camaraderie and excellencein the team.
JobRequirements :
Degreein Life sciences or Health Sciences or related field.Prior clinical research experience will beadvantageous.Effectivelybilingual.Ability to work both independentlyand in a team.Possess excellant communicationand interpersonal skills.Self-motivator,proactive, meticulous and possess excellent organizationalskills.Multi-tasking capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft office and statisticalsoftware.
