• Leading the team with positive attitude
• Daily sales report at the end of day shift, including attendance of staff
• To supervise and sign off beverage inventory as well as wastage record every month and submit by the end of the month.
• Manage budget and cost of food and beverage
• Scheduling of staff on duty
• Conduct daily briefing
• Training and supervising new / existing staff
• Petty cash and cash control
• Ensure that staff's food hygiene cert is up to date
• Customer complaint management
• Staff management and retention
