Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope :

Greet & register patients
Schedule appointments & referrals
Handle payments & patient enquiries
Manage concerns & escalate when needed
Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

Minimum O / A Levels / NITEC / Diploma

Prior customer service / admin background is preffered

Comfortable with computers (registration, appointment scheduling, payment)

Weekdays : 6.30am–7.30pm (8 hrs / day, rostered) & Saturdays : 6.30am–1.30pm (4 hrs, rostered) - 44 hours per week
