Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Sourcing & Purchasing :
Source and evaluate suppliers for products, materials, and services.
Obtain and compare quotations to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Raise and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
Vendor Management :
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance.
Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain an approved vendor list.
Resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, or pricing disputes.
Cost Control :
Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or timelines.
Inventory & Logistics :
Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Track orders and ensure accuracy in quantity and specifications.
Compliance & Documentation :
Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and other documentation.
Reporting :
Prepare regular procurement reports for management.
Analyze purchasing trends and make recommendations for improvement.
