Business Analyst – Core Banking

Job Title : Business Analyst – Core Banking (Temenos Transact)

Contract Type : 12 months

Location : Singapore, Raffles City Tower

Salary : Up to $11, Depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements (BRDs / FRDs), including Temenos-specific BRDs.
• Lead requirement-elicitation sessions through workshops, interviews, and analysis of existing documentation.
• Perform gap analyses and impact assessments for core banking transformation, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Support test case creation, test coordination, defect management, and cutover planning / go-live activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (Basel III, MiFID II, PSD2, AML / KYC, FATCA) and document related controls.
