Job descriptionPrior experience in optical or general retail is advantageous. Able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. Works well in a team environment and supports colleagues to achieve shared goals. Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Provide Expert Optical Advice : Offer professional guidance to customers on selecting suitable spectacles and frames based on their prescription, face shape, lifestyle, and personal preferences.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service : Ensure a welcoming and helpful experience for all customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a customer-first attitude at all times.
- Maintain Store Operations : Oversee daily shop operations, including opening / closing procedures, cleanliness, and organization to ensure a smooth and professional retail environment.
- Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and receiving merchandise, and conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate records and product availability.
