With a growing client base in both public and private sectors, we are committed to shaping a more resilient and environmentally responsible future.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary candidate to lead and expand our environmental services portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in environmental consulting and management services, along with exceptional leadership, client relationship, and strategic planning capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for Earth & Environment Business line specialising in Environmental Consulting & Management services
- Oversee the delivery of multidisciplinary environmental projects in areas such as but not limited to Occupational and Environmental Health & Safety services, Environmental Health & Safety services, Environmental Impact Assessments and Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, Carbon / decarbonisation advisory services, environmental sustainability assessments and advisory services
- Act as a key technical advisor and thought leader within the business and industry
- Foster and grow relationships with clients, regulators, government bodies, and stakeholders
- Drive business development, proposal writing, and tender submissions to secure new opportunities
- Manage financial performance of the environmental team, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
- Mentor and lead a team of environmental professionals to achieve high-quality outcomes and professional development
- Ensure projects comply with relevant environmental legislation, best practices, and internal quality standards
Requirements :
Be a Chartered Member of an institution or equivalent recognised in Singapore and internationally e.g. Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM), Society for the Environment (SocEnv), Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Water Resources, Environmental Management or related fieldMinimum of 12–15 years of relevant consulting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleProven track record of managing large-scale environmental projects across sectorsStrong commercial acumen and business development skillsExceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skillsIn-depth understanding of Singapore and other international environmental regulations and sustainability frameworks (depending on location)Tell employers what skills you have
