WSP is dedicated to delivering sustainable solutions in the Built Environment, Infrastructure, Power, Water / Wastewater, Waste, Climate resilience and Environmental Consulting and Management services. With a growing client base in both public and private sectors, we are committed to shaping a more resilient and environmentally responsible future.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary candidate to lead and expand our environmental services portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in environmental consulting and management services, along with exceptional leadership, client relationship, and strategic planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for Earth & Environment Business line specialising in Environmental Consulting & Management services
• Oversee the delivery of multidisciplinary environmental projects in areas such as but not limited to Occupational and Environmental Health & Safety services, Environmental Health & Safety services, Environmental Impact Assessments and Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, Carbon / decarbonisation advisory services, environmental sustainability assessments and advisory services
• Act as a key technical advisor and thought leader within the business and industry
• Foster and grow relationships with clients, regulators, government bodies, and stakeholders
• Drive business development, proposal writing, and tender submissions to secure new opportunities
• Manage financial performance of the environmental team, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
• Mentor and lead a team of environmental professionals to achieve high-quality outcomes and professional development
• Ensure projects comply with relevant environmental legislation, best practices, and internal quality standards
