Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspection and report any defect or irregularity and recommend appropriate rectification plan.
• Supervise the service providers during the servicing / maintenance works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with works schedule and of satisfactory standard.
• Monitor and ensure all M&E systems are in optimal operational level.
• Attend to all service requests on any breakdown, feedback / complaint from tenants and other building users timely and efficiently till closure.
• Perform troubleshooting and investigate fault with recommendation for rectification.
• Facilitate tenants and contractors in the fitting-out / reinstatement / maintenance works and ensure they comply with the safety standards and building regulations / house rules.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors on project works and follow through the testing and commissioning, defects rectification works till completion.
• Carry out minor repair works for electrical, sanitary and plumbing and building works.
• Part of Company Emergency Response Team (CERT), assist in table-top exercises and fire evacuation drills.
• Support adherence to OHS regulations and building safety standards by assisting in safety inspections, reporting hazards, and follow through on the corrective actions. Participate in safety training and contribute to a safe working environment for tenants and other building users.
• Any other duties as assigned.
