Job descriptionOversee enterprise networks (LAN / WAN, VPN, firewalls, SD-WAN). Ensure availability, security, and performance across APAC sites. Manage core services (IP, DNS, DHCP, routing). Enforce security controls across cloud and network. Partner with cybersecurity teams on threat protection, access, and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST). Respond to incidents and manage risk. Lead monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Manage incident, problem, and change management processes. Oversee capacity planning and cost optimisation. Manage regional IT projects (hardware refreshes, rollouts, upgrades). Lead vendor management, RFPs, and negotiations in partnership with procurement and legal. Apply project management methodology to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Identify and implement improvements to reliability, automation, and user experience. Lead change management and adoption of new solutions. Lead, mentor, and develop the regional cloud and network team. Partner with global IT, applications, security, and business units to align IT with business needs. Act as primary point of contact for regional stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years in IT infrastructure, including 3+ years in regional / global roles. Strong expertise in cloud and network management (Azure, Cisco, Forti, Aryaka, Windows, Linux). Experience supporting diverse environments (corporate, warehouse, manufacturing, retail). ITIL and PMP / Prince2 certifications preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel within APAC.
