Learning & Development Consultant ,
you will partner with clients across ASEAN to engage
with C-suite leaders , design and deliver
transformation programs, and help organisations accelerate
leadership, workforce capability, and digital
transformation . This is a
client-facing role offering regional
exposure, senior stakeholder engagement, and a clear career path
from Consultant to
Director .

Key
Responsibilities
C-Level
Engagement &
Advisory
Partner with C-suite executives and senior
stakeholders to align business priorities with
people development strategies.
Deliver
executive briefings, boardroom presentations, and
strategic recommendations .
Build trusted advisor relationships with senior
decision-makers to position Cognotiv as a long-term
partner.
Consulting
& Program
Delivery
Conduct needs analysis and design L&D
and OD interventions that support digital and
AI-driven transformation.
Develop and
facilitate leadership, culture, and transformation
programs across ASEAN.
Integrate AI-powered learning platforms,
analytics, and digital tools into learning
journeys.
Presales
Solutioning
Collaborate with the sales team to design proposals,
pitch decks, and RFP responses.
Present
Cognotiv's solutions to senior executives, articulating ROI and
business impact.
Contribute to thought
leadership and represent Cognotiv in client pitches and
forums.
Evaluation
& Impact
Use AI-driven analytics and ROI
frameworks to track program
effectiveness.
Generate insights and
recommendations for sustainable culture and capability
transformation.
Growth
Development
Learn from senior consultants and leadership at
Cognotiv.
Contribute to Cognotiv's
intellectual property, frameworks, and AI-enabled
methodologies.
Fast-track into senior
consulting roles with increasing responsibility for
C-level advisory and client
ownership .
Key
Requirements
Master's degree in
Organisational Psychology, HR, Adult Learning, Education, or
related field.
3-7 years'
experience in L&D, OD, HR, or
consulting.
Strong executive
presence and ability to engage confidently with
C-suite stakeholders .
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and
business storytelling
skills .
Curious about how

Analytical,
adaptable, and driven to deliver measurable impact.
High energy, ambitious, and
entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to travel regionally
(30-40%).

Salary &
Benefits
Competitive base salary : S$5,400 -
S$7,100 / month (equivalent to
S$65K-85K / year).
Performance-based bonus (up
to ~S$90K+ total).
