Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience
  • Experience managingmultiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills in English and / or Chinese
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM Modelling), Navisworks and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently with accuracy and responsibility

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and update drawings and design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built stages

    • using BIM, AutoCAD and Revit.

  • Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers in drawings prewparation and coordination.
  • Plan and manage drawing submission to meet deadlines
  • Attend Bim model coordination meetings as required and when reuired vi video conference with project

    • team and report on work process.

  • Assist in maintaining BIM libraries, standard and worklflow improvements for ACMV projects
  • Record and control in and out drawing registry
  • Perform other drafting related duties as and when assigned by management
