We're looking for an experienced

HR Manager

for a client in the Fintech payments space to lead day-to-day HR operations and help shape the future of the people strategy. This is a unique opportunity to work in a startup-style culture with global exposure and the autonomy to drive meaningful change.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage daily HR operations in Singapore, embracing a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Drive transformation initiatives to elevate the HR function across the organization.

Collaborate with a passionate and diverse people team to co-create and implement strategic HR initiatives.

Own the full HR lifecycle—from ideation to execution and evaluation.

Partner with international stakeholders and contribute as a key member of a global team.

Take on ad-hoc projects that challenge and grow your expertise.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in financial services or tech.

Strong foundation across HR domains : operations, systems, rewards, talent management, employee relations, and local employment practices.

Confident communicator with excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

Relationship builder with a solution‐oriented mindset and cross‐functional collaboration skills.

Adaptable, self‐motivated, and comfortable in a multicultural, fast‐evolving environment.

Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work both independently and as part of a team.
