Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive and develop operational excellence by improving process and / or procedures within the operations environment to enhance service level and improve productivity.
  • Plan and monitor day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
  • Works independently and takes ownership of issues and provides accurate and proper reports to the Management Team.
  • Meet operations key performance indicators and improve on customer’s feedback.
  • Set and manage strategic goals and make decisions for operational activities.
  • Constantly look for improvement opportunities and streamline the process.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations, training and management of teams to achieve targeted Service Levels.
  • Ensure that follow-up actions are in place to address any gaps in staff competency and weaknesses.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum diploma holder in any field.
  • Strong people management skills and leadership qualities.
  • Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task.
  • Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise his own team effectively and efficiently.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
