Job descriptionMinimum diploma holder in any field. Strong people management skills and leadership qualities. Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task. Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise his own team effectively and efficiently. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Working location : Choa Chu Kang 6 days per week
Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and develop operational excellence by improving process and / or procedures within the operations environment to enhance service level and improve productivity.
- Plan and monitor day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
- Works independently and takes ownership of issues and provides accurate and proper reports to the Management Team.
- Meet operations key performance indicators and improve on customer’s feedback.
- Set and manage strategic goals and make decisions for operational activities.
- Constantly look for improvement opportunities and streamline the process.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations, training and management of teams to achieve targeted Service Levels.
- Ensure that follow-up actions are in place to address any gaps in staff competency and weaknesses.
