Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and goals.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with technical teams (developers, QA, architects) to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
• Participate in solution design sessions and provide input from a functional perspective.
• Support testing efforts by validating that solutions meet business requirements and coordinating UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for process improvements and propose actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders at various levels.
• Assist in change management and user training initiatives related to new systems or processes.
• Maintain documentation including process flows, requirement traceability matrices, and user guides.
