Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform a range of administrative and operation support to the team to facilitate the efficiency of the R&D and Sales department
- Support overall day to day operations to ensure all administrative tasks are completed to keep the department running smoothly
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors
- Assist in full set import / export shipping documents
- To liaise with freight forwarder / supplier for shipment arrangement
- Monitor and follow up for shipment in / out
- Collaborate with Senior Buyers in the purchasing of goods, materials, supplies, and services.
- Maintain records of purchases, including costs, delivery schedules, product performance, and inventory levels; analyze data to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) targets are met.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies for the company
- Update logs and sales order forms
- Assist in documentation works to upkeep the records in accordance to GMP guidelines.
- Assist in all other logistics operation, such as arrangement of parcel shipment.
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
