Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary : The IT Network & Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's network and IT infrastructure systems. This role ensures the stable operation of the company's IT assets, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments, to support business operations and provide a secure, high-performing, and reliable technology platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Network Management :

Design, configure, install, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), wireless networks, and other data communication systems.

Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and associated operating systems.

Design, implement, and manage storage solutions (e.g., SAN, NAS, object storage).

Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of cloud-based infrastructure services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) as required.

Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices across the network and infrastructure.

Provide expert-level technical support for network, server, and infrastructure-related issues.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, server builds, infrastructure diagrams, and operational procedures.

Participate in IT projects related to infrastructure upgrades, new system deployments, and technology enhancements.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT network and infrastructure engineering roles.

Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent network hardware.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach.
