• Commitment to Innerfit's Growth : A strong desire to contribute to Innerfit's vision and growth.
• Work Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field (required).
• Professional Certifications : Must hold relevant certifications such as NSCA-CPT, ACE-CPT, NASM-CPT, or equivalent.

FAQ.

WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE? Innerfit is a private, mobile-based service —clients do not come to a public gym. Trainers meet clients at their homes or pre-arranged private / shared spaces. You will always be assigned clients based on location convenience.

DO I NEED TO BRING IN CLIENTS OR DO SALES?

No. All clients are onboarded and matched by Innerfit’s central system. Your role is to deliver expert care within your scope.

WHAT'S THE WORK FORMAT?

Part-time / freelance to start. We match based on availability, performance, and fit. If KPIs are met (client satisfaction, attendance, communication), trainers are offered more clients or hybrid roles.
