We are looking for an individual who has understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and endpoint testing. We will be hiring on a contract employment basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations team (contractors) to maintain and support secure products for Whole-Of-Government.
• Ensure that the card production system is properly managed and coordinated by the team of contractors with no disruption to business operations.
• Ensure the availability of the PKI system according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Work closely with agencies to understand their requirements and meet their needs in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with Internal Service Management team to develop / enhance business functions / processes.
• Analyze impacts of requested changes, propose improvements, and work with support teams to address operational challenges.
• Submit regular and timely project updates to higher management.
• Track and manage change requests for project governance purposes.
• Manage project documentation received from project teams and vendors, ensuring delayed deliverables are followed up.
• Perform evaluation testing, inspection, and acceptance of all PC hardware and software.
• Perform Quality Assurance testing for changes to end-user equipment (e.g., security patching, application version upgrade).
• Evaluate and propose hardware and software upgrades (e.g., Tech Refresh) to end-user equipment.
• Maintain project asset inventories and support Whole-Of-Government requests for equipment rollouts and inventories.
• Track all project assets, ensuring they are reconciled with the asset inventory system at all times.
• Conduct regular hardware asset and software license audits, participating in capacity budgeting and forecasting for hardware upgrades and software renewals.
