A reputable Asset management client is looking for an Office admin to create a great working environment for stakeholders. This role, based in Singapore, is responsible to provide full spectrum office admin duties to the management. Work schedule follows the Japanese calendar for holidays and observances. This is a Standard office hours apply (e.g., 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday)and there is No work-from-home arrangements available, While office admin tasks are a significant part of the role, be prepared for a dynamic work environment where responsibilities may vary

About the role

We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role includes significant office admin responsibilities but may also encompass other duties as needed by the organization. Fluency in spoken and written Japanese is required to communicate effectively with our Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle office admin tasks including : Managing general office duties
  • Organizing and maintaining office files and records
  • Assisting with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reports
  • Coordinating office supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities or projects as they arise
  • Adapt to changing priorities and workload distributions

skills and experiences

  • Fluent in Japanese (speaking and writing)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Comfortable with a desk-bound job and on-site work
  • Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Diploma holder (field of study open)
