Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service goals
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Support marketing and promotional activities to grow the business
