Job Description

  • Position Title : Customer Sales Executive
  • Working Location : North Region
  • Working Hours : 5.5 days (Mon-Fri : 8am-6pm, Sat : 8am-12pm)
  • Salary Package : Basic $2,800 + Commission + Travel Allowance + Incentives
  • Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell ready-mixed concrete to contractors, developers, and project owners.
  • Reconnect with past customers to renew business.
  • Find and win new customers to grow the client base.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close contracts in line with company policies and pricing guidelines.
  • Work with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management.

  • Experience in customer relationship management or sales in the construction industry is an advantage.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven; a strong sales record is an advantage.
  • Role involves travel to client sites; a driving license and access to transport are advantages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
