Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Identifying and proactively engaging with potential new customers to understand their CRM needs and present our solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
- Collaborating with the technical team to provide pre-sales support and ensure smooth implementation of our CRM solutions
- Analysing sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and meet / exceed revenue targets
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences
- Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the sales team
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of success in CRM software salesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions in a business-friendly mannerStrong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and drive deals to completionSolid understanding of CRM best practices and the ability to advise customers on optimising their CRM strategiesExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple opportunities simultaneouslyExperience in a consultative selling approach, working closely with customers to understand their unique needsDegree in Information Technology, Business, or a related fieldInterested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please email us an updated copy of your resume.
