Job descriptionPrepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs. Liaise with suppliers / subcontractors to obtain cost data. Consolidate into quotation proposals for clients. Track cost variations and update cost library for future jobs. Produce 2D drawings : Building layouts (floor plans, partitioning, structural details). M&E layouts (electrical DBs, ducting, piping, air-con, exhaust). Use AutoCAD (or similar software such as Revit, MicroStation, DraftSight). Amend drawings based on client / authority / project team feedback. Work with project managers to ensure that the quotation scope matches the actual drawings. Assist in submission drawings for authority approvals (e.g., SCDF, NEA, BCA). Maintain drawing registry for each project. Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Building, or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. 2–5 years' relevant experience preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit / BIM knowledge is a bonus. Knowledge of Singapore Codes & Regulations (SCDF, NEA, BCA) desirable. Strong numerical & analytical skills (for QS tasks). Able to conduct site inspections independently.

Support the project team by preparing accurate cost estimates (QS scope) and technical drawings (Drafting scope) for renovation / manufacturing projects. This ensures that quotations are both commercially competitive and technically correct.
