The company manages the following leading tour operator brands : Monster Day Tours, Lion Heartlanders, 8xplore and UBE—each specializing in innovative tour concepts that connect culture, history, and community in meaningful ways.

Are you creative, curious, and excited about social media and storytelling? Join us as a Digital Marketing Intern, where you'll support our campaigns, help create fun and engaging content, and learn how a travel brand markets content that resonates with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Support the marketing team in brainstorming creative ideas for digital campaigns and content
• Assist in creating and scheduling content (videos, photos, captions) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Assist in editing videos or visuals using tools like Canva or CapCut
• Learn how to track social media performance and suggest ways to improve based on insights and trends
• Assist in researching trending topics, competitor brands, and new ideas
• Support influencer outreach and coordination, including drafting messages and tracking responses
• Reach out to prospective partners and assist in creating partnership proposals
• Assist with marketing admin tasks, including organizing content, updating trackers, and documenting campaigns
• Take part in events or tours to gather real content and inspiration
