CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities

• Able to work independently and supervise construction work
• Min. Diploma candidates preferred
• At least 2 years experience with relevant field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
• Assist site supervisor with daily operation
• Liaising with main contractor for coordination work
• Supervise and monitor subcontractor work and progress
• Report to Project Director / Project Manager
• Any other duties as assigned by the Project Director / Project Manager
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
• Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision
• Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage their activities on site
