Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers, contracts, and vendor performance.
Oversee end-to-end procurement operations and ERP (Navision) updates.
Manage POs, trade financing documentation, and compliance with regulatory / audit requirements.
Support budgeting, cost control, and vendor analysis to drive savings.
Ensure compliance with ISO / GMP / HACCP standards and support audits.
Drive process improvements, automation, and sustainable sourcing initiatives.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ procurement experience in manufacturing / FMCG / chemical / food industries.

Knowledge of trade financing (LC, TR, BA) and PO-bank processes.

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and ERP (Navision) skills.

Familiarity with ISO, GMP, HACCP standards.
