Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, coordinating online promotions, and ensuring smooth operations across our e-commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, attributes) to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor online promotions, campaigns, and flash sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, logistics) to ensure timely campaign launches.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, traffic, and promotion effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor activities, trends, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
- Handle day-to-day operations such as inventory sync, order fulfillment, and store performance metrics.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve store visibility, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Requirements
Diploma / ITE in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.1–3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop). Fresh grads with strong passion in e-commerce are welcome to apply.Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, listing optimization, and promotional mechanics.Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable with data analysis.Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with e-commerce tools, backend portals, and platform advertising is a plus.What We Offer
