Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Assist Project Manager in coordinating and performing all works submissions to consultants and relevant authorities
• Assist Project Manager in liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and internal departments for timely execution of works
• Assist the Project Manager in planning the day to day activities, sequencing in accordance to the site works schedules
• Ensure resource usage is optimized
• Prepare meeting minutes, presentations and works schedules
