Roles & Responsibilities

Working location : Paya Lebar

Working hours : 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Rotate across various departments to gain a holistic understanding of the business
Participate in strategic projects and contribute to decision-making processes
Develop leadership skills through mentorship and hands-on experience
Analyze business performance and propose actionable recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and process improvements
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
Build a strong professional network within the organization
Gain exposure to client interactions and business development activities

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma and above

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Leadership potential demonstrated through academic or extracurricular activities

Willingness to rotate across departments and take on diverse responsibilities
